Register with Kerala State IT Mission for availing Incentives and Business Support.
Register With Us
In line with the new IT Policy of the Government, we invite the IT Units that are setting up operations in Kerala, or planning to set up an industry in Kerala, to register with the
Investment Promotion and Management Cell (IPMC) of Kerala State IT Mission.
IPMC shall assist you by -

Facilitating the initial entry phase of business into the State including handholding and Single Window clearance, STPI Registration and other statutory registrations, expedite Import Clearance, advising on company formation/setting up procedures and other facilitation as may be necessary.

Directing enquiries from within Govt. as well as from industry elsewhere in India/abroad to you, and

Appropriately representing/promoting IT units at Government-industry delegations visiting major IT hubs abroad, leading industry tradeshows/seminar that the IT units participate in. This shall include provision of space at important exhibitions/tradeshows in India and abroad.
In addition, you may find the following reasons worthwhile to register with us.

The IPMC in addition to registration support for IT Units situated in the State of Kerala shall also administer the incentive schemes for IT Units announced by the Government from time to time.

All IT Units (both EOU and
non-EOU) will have to register with the IPMC, as a first step towards availing of the eligible incentives announced in the IT Policy.

The Units can register with the IPMC through the simple web-based Form provided by
IPMC. Existing IT Units in the State that have earlier registered with designated State level authorities such as the DIC shall register with the IPMC by 31/12/2002.

The (unique) registration number assigned by the IPMC shall be quoted in all
correspondence/ applications subsequent to allotment. The registration no. assigned by IPMC will have the status of provisional registration given by Industries Dept. of the Government of Kerala. The permanent registration for the IT Unit will be issued by the corresponding DIC of the district where the IT Unit is located, on application in the prescribed format. (The permanent registration is optional)
